The full Financial Statements along with the notes can be reviewed on our 1997/98 Annual Report to Parliament. The above differs from that in our Annual Report in that Corporate Services costs have not been re-allocated across programmes.

It should be noted that for the year ended 30 June 1998, the Commission spent $1.34 million more than it received in income. This deficit has been funded from accumulated savings carried forward from previous years. The Commission does not borrow to fund operations.
